Opening late September for farm-tastic fun!
Fall Season: September 29 – November 17, 2012
While we are a real working farm, growing watermelons and cantaloupes during the Spring and Summer, we open our doors to the public each Fall for a maze and pumpkin patch. It’s an old-fashioned celebration of Fall harvest … and you’re invited to join us!
Farm Admission includes these Attractions:
Corn Maze – Pig Races – Corn Box – Sand Pile – Hay Bale Stacks
Barn Museum of Antique Farm Equipment & Tools
Play in the Bull Wagon - Dirt Mountain Slide
Visit our Farm Animals - Tire Pyramid – Photo Opportunities Galore!
We keep our maze design a secret until the last minute, so keep watching our website for the clouds to clear and the design to come into view! Plan for lots of squealing as you perch on a hay bale and cheer our little porkers around the race track. Kids love our old water trough filled with crunchy corn — and the big sand pile full of little shovels and scoops! We stacked rows of hay up for the little folks to run and play on, and a huge tire pyramid is a challenge to climbers.
Meet Friendly Farm Animals:
Miniature horse - Goats - Chickens - Bunny Rabbits
Sheep - Geese - Pigs & Shoats - Turkeys
And some Cows!
Bring along a few quarters to buy cups of feed for the animals! The just love the attention and the goodies. Some of our favorite ‘Candid Camera’ shots from Facebook postings by our visitors are of kids and the CM Farms animals.
You will be Hungry!
Our BBQ pit will be smokin’ hot so we can grill hamburgers, sausage-on-a-bun, and juicy weenies for our hotdogs! If that’s not enough to make your mouth water, we also have chopped brisket burgers! Try our old-fashioned Frito pies, tasty nachos, and all kinds of grilled link sausages including boudin! Get an order of regular French fries or splurge on our chili cheese fries! We have Kettle Corn, cotton candy, snow cones — and all Coca-Cola drink products!
— More Activities … for a small Fee extra —
The Haunted Trail
It’s a new adventure into the spooky unknown this year. Find out more about it in the Haunted! section of our website, but we can’t tell you everything — or it would not be a surprise!
Rubber Duck Races
Get a taste of what it was like in the olden times — pumping water by hand. But we have the water channeled into a chute with rubber ducks! Compete with family and friends to see whose duck finishes first! You gotta pump hard!
$1.00 per duck — keep the duck and race all you want to!
Animal Barrel Train
Our little barrel train is made up of friendly farm animals linked together and pulled by a tractor. It’s always a hit — with kids aged 2 to 92! It will pull you through the maze in the fall, and on the way, you’ll meet our Texas Longhorns and Ole White Face (our pet Angus).
$1.00 per person/per ride
Wagon Rides
Climb up into one of our sugarcane wagons pulled by a big ole tractor! We’ll take you through the field and meander through our herd of crossbred cows, bulls, donkeys, mules, and horses.
$1.00 per person/per ride
Pumpkin Blaster & Corn Cannon
Take a shot at one of our rice cart targets with a huge pumpkin plaster or the really cool corn cannon. Ka-boom! It’s fun … and a real challenge.
Pumpkin Blaster: $5.00 for a bucket of pumpkins to shoot!
Corn Cannon: $5.oo for a bucket of shots!
Jumping Pillow
Bigger than most houses! Trampoline lovers will hop-hop-hop with joy on the colorful pillow.
